Privacy and security

To work your denied claims, we receive your claim and denial data, which includes patient information. This is how we handle it.

Before we receive anything

Your practice and KB Software sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. We do not accept patient data before it is signed.

How data comes in

We set each practice up personally. After the agreement is signed, we agree with you on the easiest secure way to send your denials. Never by email.

How data is used

• Only to work your denials. Not sold or shared.
• Only the people working your claims see it.
• Deleted when the work is done, as set out in the agreement.

The free review

The free review needs only denial reason codes. Do not send patient names or other patient information.

This website

The free review form collects your name, practice, email, phone, specialty, billing system, and message. It is emailed to KB Software and used only to reply to you. It is not sold or shared.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. This site does not use advertising trackers.
